All returns must be done within 7 days of recieving your shipment.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping.

Daily Care:

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, and hairspray

• Put jewelry on last when getting dressed to avoid contact with cosmetics and chemicals

• Store pieces separately in soft pouches or lined boxes to prevent scratching

• Avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine, and saltwater

Cleaning Sterling Silver:

• Use a soft polishing cloth to gently buff away tarnish and restore shine

• For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild dish soap and a soft brush

• Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth immediately after cleaning

• Store silver in anti-tarnish bags or with anti-tarnish strips when not wearing

Gemstone Care:

• Wipe gemstones with a soft, damp cloth after wearing to remove oils and dirt

• Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on porous stones (turquoise, pearls, opals)

• Some stones are sensitive to temperature changes and direct sunlight—store carefully

• Have prong settings checked periodically to ensure stones are secure

General Tips:

• Inspect clasps, jump rings, and settings regularly for signs of wear

• Have vintage pieces professionally cleaned and inspected annually

• Remove rings when doing hands-on work to prevent damage or loss

• Natural patina on vintage pieces can be preserved—avoid over-polishing if you prefer aged character

Any significant damage or condition issues beyond normal vintage wear will be clearly noted in individual item descriptions. We carefully inspect and accurately photograph each piece to represent its true condition, but please understand that vintage jewelry will show some age-appropriate wear that contributes to its one-of-a-kind story.
